All roofing work performed by Rob's Roofing complies with Arizona Registrar of Contractors requirements and local building codes.

Warranty Terms

Rob's Roofing offers various warranty options depending on the materials and services selected:

• Manufacturer Warranties: Range from 20-50 years for roofing materials
• Workmanship Warranty: Minimum 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations
• GAF Golden Pledge® Warranty: Up to 25-year workmanship coverage for qualifying installations
• System Plus Warranty: 15-year workmanship coverage for complete roof systems

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection by Rob's Roofing representatives. Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by improper maintenance, severe weather events, or unauthorized modifications.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for roofing services are as follows:

• Deposit: Typically 10-30% of total contract price upon contract signing
• Progress Payments: Scheduled payments based on project milestones
• Final Payment: Due upon project completion and customer satisfaction
• Financing: Available through approved third-party lenders

All payments are due as specified in the written contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges in accordance with Arizona law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rob's Roofing, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the services or website.

Our total liability for any claims arising from services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rob's Roofing and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

Force Majeure

Rob's Roofing shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or severe weather conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services performed by Rob's Roofing shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to non-binding mediation
• Arbitration: Certain disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Arizona law
• Legal Action: Either party may pursue legal remedies in Arizona courts

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

SMS/MMS Messaging Consent (Optional)

If you choose to provide your phone number and check the consent box when submitting a form on our website, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Rob's Roofing, including estimates, scheduling, updates, and customer service. Providing your phone number and consent is completely optional.
